The 45th president had already stated he was “100%” considering a run
Donald Trump is planning a 2024 presidential run, according to sources.
The 45th president has “made up his mind,” says GOP insiders who met with him, and is tentatively laying the groundwork for a 2024 run, starting with Brexit architect Nigel Farage spearheading an “America’s Comeback Tour” to “re-energize activists across the country and get them back out on to the streets.”
“Grassroots campaigning is politics’ least glamorous side but, after 25 years of building Ukip and then the Brexit Party, I can tell you that it’s the most important. In fact, by knocking on doors and getting voters out you can increase the vote share of a candidate by more than 20 percent,” Farage wrote, after meeting with Trump last week. “The American conservative movement can take back their country as we did by offering people a hopeful image of the future. In politics, it is not just elections we must win, but hearts and minds.”
“We will mobilise Americans with a positive message.”
Given Farage’s natural charisma – and his across-the-pond support from Americans – it isn’t surprising that he’s launching this tour.
Trump’s tentative run also largely depends on states tightening voter fraud laws, and several states have already done so.
The 45th president had already stated he was “100%” considering a run.
“Polls show that everybody wants me to do it,” he said last week. “One hundred percent I’m thinking about running, and I think we will be very successful.”
Sources also said the recent raid targeting Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani was intended to pressure Trump from running in 2024.
However, in response, the 45th president put out a press release on Monday calling the 2020 election “The Big Lie.”
“The Fraudulent Presidential Election of 2020 will be, from this day forth, known as THE BIG LIE,” he stated.
